Second picture upload of the day! Can you tell I missed having a webcam?
Today is going a lot better even though it started out a bit crap. I have only eaten a weightwatchers yoghurt since breakfast and if I have a go ahead bar before I go to work I should be able to prevent myself from passing out.
Feeling a bit crappy in myself though because my Dad made a few comments while I was at my parents about my weight and it just makes me feel shit about it because he doesn’t see me very often so he can tell when I change.
I also went shopping and bought some new clothes. I had to get a large in the new Captain America t-shirt and that made me feel crap because I shouldn’t be a large. I also bought some new leggings in a large and I tried them on when I got home and they don’t even fit. They look awful because the pattern is all stretched over my thighs.
Shitty day.
Only makes me more determined to not binge though.
