Anonymous asked: hey, i follow you and i saw you've hit a plateau. my tip would be to increase your intake for a week or so. i know that sounds silly, but the change keeps your body on its toes. obviously don't go all out and binge, but maybe increase each portion by a little. or switch to a new meal for a little while. your body has probably just settled into your current diet plan, so mix it up a bit:)

Updates.
So for some reason I can’t seem to lose no matter how much I restrict.
Last week I put on a pound no matter that I had stayed under all target calories for the week. I was bloated from my period though so I hope to see some improvements when I weigh in on Saturday.
